New FW release
Version V1.0-96

Changes:
- Waterfall now can be in 3 states: off, small and big.
- New expert config options: set minimum horizontal gridlines
- New expert config options: display HAM bands
- Dragging a marker switches off the tracking attribute

As I am still traveling this release has seen a bit less testing. Don't use if your tinySA is mission critical and you have difficulty going back to previous release.

In big waterfall mode botom value (-100 at left) draw under Scan times (see screenshot)


Also if set n points not 290 or 145 waterfall not work (i add only this point count support for it, then add variable point count)
