It is done using ACTUAL POWER

Set to HIGH MODE
Connect a known level signal with level between -50dBm and -30dBm to the high input
Make sure the 1st tracking marker is positioned on the signal connected to the input
Do CONFIG/EXPERT CONFIG/ACTUAL POWER and enter the level of the applied signal.
