when this good work is complete (and its looking very nice) it would be grand if it were no bigger than A3 as we can get such documents printed readily in Europe. I did look at the existing version but without spending money on Adobe software I cant shrink it such that it fits within a A3 paper boundary.
In the UK "Doxdirect" print stuff for me quickly and cheaply and I suspect there will be equivalents throughout the world.

Can't you use the "shrink to fit" print option in Adobe Reader?

Hi Andy I di not understand the problem you have. Andy is correct.? A4 is very close to the USA Letter size.? It would be the easiest to modify in Visio as seen here.

Don't waste your time with Adobe Acrobat. Use PDF XChange Reader from Tracker Software.
Faster and better.

it and now offer an "improved" version for $$$$$.

That's not true.
They have the pdf xchange editor as a version with more functions.
But the reader is still available. I use it at all my customers without any issues.
And if you like to edit pdf rhen the editor is a very good choice for some bucks.

Nope, only if you use the extended functions of the version that costs some bucks.
You can annotate and print without watermarks.
According to their website Tracker charges $56 for the editor and $72 for the editor plus version.
But I use the free version. If you have no need to edit the pdf file the free version works great.
. I have the payed version on one of my computers for inserting pages and rearanging of pdf files. have payed it to sort a chaotic scanned document of an old pice of equipment, that wasn't available in an other format.
Sometimes you have to spent money for a better result.
But in daily life I use also on this computer not the editor, I use the viewer.

There are three different rotations.
1. Rotate the view. Not persistant, only one click away. Free.
2. Rotate the page when printing. Not persistant, part of the printing dialog, can be set to auto so the pages are fitted to the paper. Free.
3. Rotate pages inside the document. Free featute, can be used without watermarking.? Free.

Thanks for all the replies guys, I had not expected all that info' - it seemed a simple request but clearly it was not!. Anyway I have requested it be printed. The latest version looks amazing, very much in keeping with the Ultra itself.

Hi David When choosing A4 the pages are to be completely rearranged in relation to the background raster canvas, so not a good idea as far as I can see. The landscape version I published should provide be the way to go for A4 printing provided when printing that landscape mode is selected Kind regards Kurt ? ? Andy is correct.? Hi David If choosing Actual size instead of Fit then it prints A4 with same left right margin and a smaller top bottom margin
