How to test and measure THD with Ultra?

 

When I study the ultra with version 187, and use measure->more->THD, whatever I move the marker, the THD always 0, can someone give me some suggestions?
 

THD calculates the THD of the fundamental using the harmonics as visible in the scan.
There seem to be no harmonics visible in your scan
