Wishing to update my device, what is the procedure to save the installed firmware before a possible update??

I bought the TinySa Ultra via a reseller in France passion radio who claims to sell an official Erik Hugen version model

I do not have the information of its supplier

I am aware that you cannot respond for clone after-sales service
