Switching mode resets all settings. No way to avoid this currently Some measurements also reset all settings but after activating the measurement function you can adjust the external gain or others

I can not remember how many wraps around the ferrite is recommended. I seem to remember more than 3 but, less than 7 for DC power supplies depending on the amp flow and depending on voltage potential.
