The jog wheel can move start, stop, center freq or markers. Look at the small triangle in front of the start/stop/center freq or marker and you know what is selected and can be changed by the jog

I turned off the unit and when I turned it back on everything was working as expected.?? I have no idea why the jog wheel was changing the Start freq. Sorry for the false alarm Rich
