TinySA touch screen unresponsive
Hi,
I just turned on my TinySA Ultra and noticed the touch screen is unresponsive. It does not respond to any touch input on the screen.
Also, the jog-wheel/switch (next to the power switch on the

Re: tinysa app with a tinysa Ultra
Desktop software is a weakest and strangest part of TinySA project in terms of UI.
Lot of skins but limited functionality...

Re: TinySA Ultra generates signals while sweeping
Many amateur radio transceivers (and general coverage receivers) have reduced gain and sensitivity on frequencies below 1MHz.
This is in an attempt to reduce problems with strong LW & MW broadcasts

Re: VBW influence
The VBW in the tinySA is implemented using a moving point average that simulates a RC filter.? It performs the same as the CONFIG->SAMPLE REP menu option, except the repetition samples and sweep

Re: VBW influence
What does this have to do with the Tinysa?
One needs to exercise critical judgement on the material on YouTube and to decide what is legitimate and what is not.

I have a 3586B and an 89441. Just above DC-32MHz on the first, with audio demod and super accurate signal level indicator, sensitive to about -120dBm with switchable narrow filters, and a just above DC

Re: TinySA Ultra generates signals while sweeping
Not exactly portable but if you want to go diving into the weeds, try
the HP-3561A. Not light at 33lbs but frequency would be hard to beat at
0.000125Hz to 100kHz. Pricey back in it's day at 12k$.

John, well put and a well justified warning about YouToob. I usually give
the same caution. Gain knowledge or answer questions from the pros or
those who know what they are doing. Avoid YouToob

Re: VBW influence
True, but there is an equal amount of false and erroneous information on YouTube. Personally, I would stay away from hobbyists made videos? and stay with the commercial outlets like Rohde, Agilent

Re: RADIATED EMISSIONS FROM TINYSA-ULTRA
Actually, no need to imply anything regarding regulatory RE levels.? The sticker on the back of the tinySA Ultra shows that it is FCC and CE-mark compliant.
Using a magnetic loop or e-field probe is

The question regarding radiated emissions from the TinySA - Ultra
originated over on the NanoVNA users group. I have three (don't ask)
TinySA Ultras. I checked all three employing the identical
