Re: Attenuator choise for 5w HT and general RFI
Hi
You have wrapped several issues up into one topic, so let's see if we can unpick them.
The first one is the static discharge issue. There are several ways around this, but the Ultra and later

Just be VERY careful to only buy from a recommended supplier! There are many inferior and illegal fake clones around…..

Re: Single freq. Monitoring
Adjust the span to your needs, you can go all the way down to zero span that means it is a receiver on that frequency only.

Use the 'Zero Span' option in the frequency menu.

Single freq. Monitoring
I apologize if this is a dumb question, but can the TinySA Ulta be set to a single frequency to monitor instead of scanning. I played with the menus but I didn't see anything obvious.

Re: New FW release: Waterfall repaired for tinySA Basic
I've tested FW V1.4168 and don't see a problem with the selftest
Can you post a screenshot of the failing test instead of only the final screen

Re: New FW release: Waterfall repaired for tinySA Basic
Good morning, I had to go back to version 1.4-159 to get tinySa working properly again.
I hope this information will be useful to review the latest FW.
Thank you.

Re: New FW release: Waterfall repaired for tinySA Basic
If you previously did run a very old FW then yes, many changes have been made.
But in the latest couple of releases there should have been no changes to the selftest
