Hi Erik, Yes I tried CONFIG/LEVEL CAL with the two ports connected with a short SMA lead. then I have done a RESET CALIBRATION followed by CALIBRATE I can see the unit go through the process, but

Thanks for the super quick response. Just done a CONFIG/MORE/CLEAR CONFIG? then 1234? enter. sadly the unit has same issue after that procedure. I wish I had made a note of the original formware
