This capture is also showing the limited 16-bit scanraw dB resolution (clear vertical bit resolution). 24-bit would certainly solve that.

What I can see in your 1st image is the scanraw floating point to 16-bit (2-byte) integer compression showing itself (limited dB resolution). The only way to improve that would be to go to a 24-bit
