Tiny SA for Sale $60 shipped CONUS
I bought this last year from R&L and then I bought another one there last April thinking it was a later one, but they are the same (V0.3.1_E). So I only need one and selling one.
I think $60 is what it was plus shipping and tax, but this is free shipping, no tax, and I added a calibration kit...50ohms, short, open, and an m to m union. Comes also with an antenna, 2 cables, USB cable, and an F to F union. I also charged it up...only took 10 minutes or so.? Thanks for looking...KE9UW |
Re: valid us sources
smart move. I should have gotten an HP from ebay for 26GHz but I have absolutely no need for that capability. On Sun, Dec 4, 2022 at 2:53 PM N2MS <mstangelo@...> wrote: Wait a month for the new shipment to arrive. Any bugs found in the original production will hopefully be resolved. |

Re: valid us sources
I have an HP that goes to 21 GHz, but certainly, no, don't even think of it, definitely not.....portable !!!!! Absolutely yes......definitely........sure.......positively........When R&L lists "in stock" they will immediately get my credit card number. Re: valid us sources
Dave, you gotta get one! A lot of capability in that little package. My bench SA only goes 3 GHz.... I just need to find some time to fiddle with it....I do have some immediate needs for it. Tim? K4SHF On Sun, Dec 4, 2022 at 2:35 PM W0LEV <davearea51a@...> wrote:

Re: valid us sources
John, I'm envious!? Not that I need another SA, but this is so portable and far beyond the capabilities of the original TinySA. Dave - W?LEV On Sun, Dec 4, 2022 at 7:15 PM John Myers ll <jmyers0139@...> wrote:

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýThe first batch, both at the Zeenko store and also R&L went pretty fast. ?I expect you will be waiting for the second production batch, which is probably in progress.Dave On Dec 4, 2022, at 13:09, W0LEV <davearea51a@...> wrote:

Yes, it's out of stock.? But some are receiving their orders.? I'm betting they are filling existing orders before listing in stock.? Hopefully I'm correct as I will be ordering as soon as R&L lists stock. Re: New Video: tinySA Ultra observing WiFi and other networks.
you need to enable "ultra" mode in the config. It requires an unlock code available on the wiki. Easy to do Tim? K4SHF On Sun, Dec 4, 2022 at 12:27 PM nechry <nechry@...> wrote:

Re: New Video: tinySA Ultra observing WiFi and other networks.
hello Erik thank you for all the effort you put into the tinySA and the tinySA Ultra. I try, if possible, to reproduce your demos to understand and put into practice. I realize that this time I can't, but I really don't understand why. It is impossible for me to select a STOP frequency higher than 800MHz. I updated to the latest version (tinySA4_v1.3-512) but still no possibility to set the stop frequency to more than 800 MHz. I perform the self-test successfully and the CAL level. In the video you said with all default config. I think I'm missing something, it's probably trivial... If you can give me advice on what I missed. Thanks in advance ? |
Re: ID Signal Frequency
Hi Dick,
I normally just change the span around a signal to get one station expanded on the display.? A marker will give that "frequency" and then I can figure out what local FM station is being received. Trace -> Calc Off?--> Max Hold will average out the FM to an envelope. (If it is an HD station, you can also see the digital sidebands.) I hope that this helps, Larry |

Like any spectrum analyzer, you have to use your markers to identify frequency peaks in a given span.? The Ultra has 8 markers you can set versus the 4 for the tinySA.?? Herb |
ID Signal Frequency
¿ªÔÆÌåÓý
Got my Ultra yesterday, from R&L Electronics, looks fine
and getting used to it.
However, I do and will have some questions on its operation.
For example, I scan the FM Band and get several signals.
How can I tell the frequency of any one of those signals ?
Tnx es 73, Dick, W1KSZ
