If you want an S9 calibrator, then set up the Tiny SA in sig generator mode
to -73dbm.
?
If you want a short vertical thingy to observe stuff upto about 15Mhz then
a typical PA0RDT design could be used, probably with suitable attenuation
so as not to damage the Tiny SA.

yes, coarse tuning is done by injecting current into the COIL- and COIL+ pins (different from the power supply ones)
Fine tuning is done by injecting current into the FM- and FM+ pins

I am with the other Jim (Allyn). I went looking for an antenna matching device and found something entirely different..something with a function I already have well covered. If it really does exist as you assert may we a link to the dice in the subject field.
