The calibration did sometimes fail to find a the correct calibration value for a level offset at 2 MHz depending on the selected RBW.
If you don't measure below 2 MHz there is no risk in skipping this

Then only replacing the microcircuit will help you, and you can describe in
more detail after which a malfunction occurred so that others do not make
such a mistake.
