Just keep tryingYou can also use my GitHub repo where I provide up to date builds from Erik's GitHub repo (in branch?tinySA-bin-hex-dfu). Click the file name (tinySA4.bin is a link to the latest version, i.e. tinySA4_v1.4-36-g434126d.bin): and on the next page click Download: It's build from exactly the same source code as Erik's version (see identical version, the gxxxxxxx denotes the git hash value). 开云体育I too had the same problem, after multiple tries I got the Ultra download to finish, but gave up on the older TinySA as its file would never finish. The download starts but hangs. Only time I’ve ever had an issue with Erik’s downloads. On Jan 11, 2023, at 9:04 PM, David Massey <wd4owa@...> wrote:

Hello Dick!
tinyPFA Firmware is only for NanoVNA-H4 - not for H. 73, Vladimir, dl7pga |
Re: TinyPFA
开云体育Let me see if I got this right ....
The PFA Software gets loaded into the NanoVNA-H.
Can the NanoVNA-H still be used as a VNA or must
the PFA Software be somehow disabled or removed ??
If so, what is that procedure ?
Thanks for the enlightenment,
73, Dick, W1KSZ

Thank you for posting this question in this group. Wasn't aware of this little thing. It is exactly what I miss in my test lab for RF measurement equipment. So I ordered such a H4 variant immediately by eleshop.nl (I only owned two NANOVNA-F). It arrived today and after a short basic function test I loaded the PFA firmware. What a great tool! Thank you so much Erik for this code! Now I can analyze the behavior of my rubidium oscs, GPSDOs and oven oscs. After isolating the good ones I can then analyze the jitter of the reference oscs in my SAs, VNA and my Marconi 2955. A long wished step to make my lab better :-) I am so happy to have this hardly missed piece of equipment! In the past I used a mixer with a sound card on the IF port and a combination of scope and XY display to measure phase noise and drift. But this is much better. :-)
Thank you, Isidro
