Re: Signal Generator UK CB
The minimum frequency resolution of the output is, depending on the frequency, 156Hz or 312Hz,?50Hz steps are not possible.

Re: Signal Generator UK CB
I didn't think you were criticizing the design, Ian, sorry if I came across that way.? I just figured 50 Hz would be close enough for normal testing.? Certainly for AM and FM CB signals, and for SSB

Thanks Erik,
So i guess the step size is too small, if I input 27.79125 I get 27.7913

Signal Generator UK CB
Loving the TinySA, a great piece of gear which I'm using more and more.
Just wondered,? UK CB use an odd frequency range. 40 chanels from 27.60125MHz to 27.99125MHz in 10KHz sreps. Is there a

Re: Default parameters when TinySA is switched on
I do not agree
The amount of writes to the flash memory is limited so you do not want to write without need.
The PRESET/STORE/STORE AS STARTUP is there if you want to start with certain

Default parameters when TinySA is switched on
Hi. Every time the TinySA is switched on, it doesn't remember its previous state and starts with the default factory parameters (e.g. Low band, Frequency from 0.1MHz to 350MHz, auto mode, etc). In my

New FW release: Added battery indicator to output menu and solved auto attenuation bug
New FW release
Version v1.1-85
Changes:
- Battery indicator added to output menu
- Attenuation will decrease when auto attenuation is on and no maximum is found.
The second change solves the problem

Hello,
good job John W7 and Erik , I used also the same local oscillator and ERA amplifiers and RMS mixer from MiniCircuit,
then calibrated Tinysa and TG with precision SA and rubidium

Re: Ok, Boys, Here's your next Project . . .
I'll have to see if I can find the paper and see how they're processing as I'm guessing now that they're up to 1000GHz as a Hackaday article noted a while back I recalled too reading into... a 600MHz

Re: What to do when a selftest fails
Hi Folks:
Like a few others of you, I suspect I somehow fried the input attenuator chip on my tinySA.
I picked up two of the newer replacement attenuator (PE4312) chips for about $4 each, and after

How about having different firmware's that you can load that is tailored to perform more in depth testing, it only takes a minute to load firmware and re-calibrate?
