You may also log in to your groups.io account and check tab "Your Activity" for entries like "Email to ... is bouncing via system". This indicates your mail provider is rejecting the email.

So I did contact Erik -
He walked me through my device and my errors. Device passes tests and appears to be a valid unit.
It was my own fault. I had been using a other equipment for quite some time

How can you recognize a clone?
I recently bought a tinySA Ultra from Eleshop.
The back looks exactly the same, only the serial number has changed (S/N SU-24014865).

A good point, but just listening to the recovered blank carrier will be fairly close, just going into into 'rough' sounding noise being around 12dB SINAD.
