Hello,

I tried again, and now I am getting an error message saying my product is registered to another computer. However, when I check my tactile registration, it says my computer is registered. I will attach screen shots.

Hi,

Have you got the previous version currently installed on the same computer? Or are you using a different computer?

Keep in mind you are not able to install one license on different computers.?

Let me know if you want me to delete the computer data on the current installation.?

The older version is on a desktop that has stopped working so I need to move it to the new computer. Can you please reset it?
