Colleen the answer is NO Vilene looks like a used fabric softener sheet. For making the angels for Brandi ,you only need one layer of Vilene. To have it a bit stiff just ruin tap water over it to remove the bits of excess Vilene.

I went to www.marvelouscreations.com to check on Vilene. I can't find
where they sell any type of stabilizer.

I have both Vilene and the H2Gone from WalMart here and other than the H2Gone being only 22 inches wide I can't tell a difference in it!

Because I doubt you have bought Vilene in Walmart? Does it say Vilene on the package If not it is not Vilene. There are many different copies of Vilene but none the same. Even someone who made the H@O said they wished they had developed Vilene
