开云体育Dear Everyone,
If you buy the kind that does not have the holes, and you are
a beader, it is great to put on a tray ( the kind of tray you serve on - the
ones with a lip. I use the tray that come with makeup that they sell usually
around Christmas).? I use this tray to bead on?when I am in front of
the tv. Nothing moves and I can get up from my chair without beads going every
which way.? I had originally bought the one with the holes and the beads
went down those holes !? Now I can use this liner for my embroidery.?
Thanks everyone.
Susan

开云体育I just went to a beading class
and the instructor gave us pieces of an old Vellux blanket she had cut into
squares.? It held the beads so they didn't roll around but they set on top
of it so you could easily pick up the beads with your needle.? Talk about
recycling!

开云体育Vellux blankets are made from a
synthetic material.? It sort of resembles fleece on the outside and has a
kind of spongy stuff in the center.? It's probably a trade name, but I
don't know what the generic name would be.? They are pretty inexpensive and
wash and dry well.? I used them alot when my kids were young because they
didn't seem to cause allergy problems like wool blankets.
