I was having difficulty getting the bottom hoop to
stay in place while
hooping and finally came up with a solution. I took a
heavy piece of
cardboard and stapled a piece of the waffle type
drawer liner to it. I
had
some of the heavier type and it works great. Now I
just lay the bottom
hoop
on it with the bottom edge extended and lay the
stabilizer and fabric
over
it and press down. The bottom hoop stays in place
instead of scooting
all
over the place. If this doesn't make sense let me
know and I will take
a
photo and put in in the files.
