problem with downloading

Hearn, Cheryl #5632 I have tried to download the designs, but each time I go into a design it says that the user group has exceeded its limit of downloads. From the emails I'm getting, I don't seem to be the only one. Could you check on this for me? Thanks, Cheryl <>
