My little 5 week old great-grandson did test positive for hooping cough too. They have added a feeding tube now. His mother said he was about the same today. Prayers will help him I know.

I am so sorry to hear that Maida. I am sure he will
be OK, with all the prayers headed his way.

I just want to know where this is all coming from all
the sudden. My hubby said today that his brother's
boys were being put on preventive antibiotics, since
there was a case near here, but apparently the girl
that came down with whooping cough HAD her shots!
Sadly, my daughter is a bit behind on her shots, so I
need to get her in and caught up too.

I just hope it's not some new strain trying to rear
it's ugly head.

Hope you grandson is improving. There seems to be whooping cough in different areas at this time. Haven't heard from you in awhile. HJope your health is doing better.
