minor embroidery problem
Kathy Armstrong
Compared to having a child burned my question seems
pretty stupid. As the mother of 6 and foster parents to 100's our prayers are with your family. Now my question.. if you put embroidery on a tie where does it go? and how large. I know it will be easy to do becasue you do it before you sew the tie up. Just not sure were to locate it. thanks heaps Kathy ____________________________________________________________________________________ Get your own web address. Have a HUGE year through Yahoo! The size would depend on the style of tie. the design shouldn't be any more than 1/3 to 1/2 the width of the tie and it can go any place but usually when I do it, I put the design centered about 2 inches up from the point.

Hi Kathy, according to the placement guide I have, the design should
be centered 2" to 2-1/2" up from the bottom point, and centered on the front of the tie -- if worn with a vest, the design should be centered 9" to 11" above the bottom point. Hope that helps....Parker --- In HookedOnEmbroidery@..., Kathy Armstrong <crazykate4950@...> wrote: ____________________________________________________________________________________ Get your own web address. |
