Venus, love this idea. One question...the directions are great, and if I am
understanding it right the vinyl is on the bottom {after completed} and the
fabric is on the top?! But the completed photo is shiny on top as if there
is vinyl on top also. Am I seeing things or is it the lighting that makes
it shiny?

The vinyl is on the bottom side. What you are seeing in the photo is the reflection from the metal bowl I used.

This would be a good idea when you want to sew out a pattern before you put
it on a garment. Also a good idea for all the things I have already sewn
out.
