using PCMCIA card adapteras a substitute for the CF cards and has had
sucsess. As the the CFcards are becoming scare to get.
Have tried with partial sucsess using a cheap Tiwanese Adapter.
Has anyone succeeded using a particular brand of adapter.

NEW Froggy Egg Poppers have joined the Duck Egg Poppers!
Made of soft fluffy fleece. They hold the common plastic eggs. Fill
the egg with candy and insert in the Frog's bottom. The Frogs sit by
themselves with the eggs inserted. Give the belly a gentle squeeze
and OUT POPS THE EGG! Kids of all ages will love them.

They can also be stuffed to make soft toys.

Super easy but detailed step by step instructions are included as

Update on Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise

Michele Potter

Hello Everybody:

One of my Canadian neighbours checked out Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise and had some important questions for me that the group should know.

My store is Canadian, but the prices are in US dollars. The company hosting me is in the States and gave me no option with this. Like I told this member, any Canadian customers can feel free to contact me by emailing sales@not-just-threads or contact me at 519-587-4833 and I can let them know the Canadian pricing so they can send payment in CAD dollars.

The other question was in regards to shipping. I will be using FedEx and Canada Post and will choose the service which is the most economical for my customer.

I've been working like crazy on trying to get all my products uploaded. Tomorrow I should have my colour charts straightened around. Everyday there are new products added.

Thanks for the feedback. To be honest with you I thought that I did put my shipping cost on the site. I must have suffered from SOME-TIMERS that day. I'll double check that tomorrow.

Any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask. It helps me to know what has to be done.

Thanks,

Michele

Re: Things That Really Bug Me - ART FORMATS.... FREE

Larter

I have been folowing this thread and the same discussions on other lists, and it seems that Wilcom put out an updated version that WOULD convert to .art. They then took it down and a few weeks later put it back up again WITHOUT the ability to convert to .art
Therefore , there are a few very lucky people around who were quick off the mark and got the .art capable version before it was pulled.

Cheers

Hello,

Someone had the word angel with a halo around one of the letters as
a free design on their site. Same old story, had lost it and need it.
If anyone can help me find this design I would appreciate it. Thanks in

When I installed the new version, I never uninstalled the old
version... I dont know why it works for me but it does - That is the
only thing I can think of..

Unstall the new version - Re-Install the old one, re-boot, and
install the new version.

Mary Lou, I know you can't convert to ART with this program. I
tried also..but....you can convert your designs to EXP with this
program and the Artista 200 will read it just fine. The only
problem you will encure is the colors are funky (real bright
colors) .Just go by the colors in the original format you're
converting from and use a conversion chart. I just got done
stitching a design that I converted from PES. No problem, looks
great. I'm a happy camper!!

Dear Connie:

I am so sorry to hear about your sons injuries. It certainly
triggered a memory for me. The same thing happened to my Uncle quite
a long time ago and he panicked and did not stop, drop and roll. Your
son probably new that rule, but when you're in a panick situation like
that you have a tendancy to forget all the rules. Our medical
profession has come a long way since my Uncle was badly burned. I
wish with all my heart that your son has a speedy recovery.

Thoughtfully yours,

This morning when I was home schooling my kids, I was grading my
youngest sons paper when he decided he was cold, he backed all the
way up to the heater, and when he did his shirt got caught. The next
thing I knew my son was jumping up and down screaming mom! mom! mom!
(he was facing me so I couldn't see the back of his shirt.) He then
turned and started running down the hallway, and me and my other 2
kids ran after him, (he was on fire!) My middle son got him out and
ripped his clothes off of him. He has 3rd degree burns completely on
his back and neck and his hair is cinged very badly. Thank GOD we got
it out before his hair caught fire. Anyway, I will be taking a week
or so off the computer to care for my son and I will not be answering
emails or group mails. Please..... if you have small children, let
them know not to run when their clothes catch fire. My son is 10 and
I thought he knew to stop, drop and roll, but he did not. He IS going
to be okay, but is very badly burned. Please keep us in your prayers.
*hugs all*

If you need help in the mean time please message Bev at:
