Re: t shirts
croknitsewfab1
What an awsome site. I can't believe what I have been paying for the
same shirts. Thank you so much for posting this site. Sue in Houston --- In HookedOnEmbroidery@..., "Irene Praus" <ilpraus@...> wrote: already and love them. I get them from blankshirtstore.comfrom $2.00 and $3.00 and up with exception to sizes. Whites are always cheaper. The 100% cotton are as good as the 50/50. The are a good company to work with and speedy service. The Jerzees never lose their shape and colors retain too. Irene in ND. hi i was wondering if any one knows where to get good quality tshirts to embroidery on i need about 25-50 also where to get baseballtype hats with adjustable backs to be embroidered on at a good price |

I too had this problem until someone suggested (ages ago) that I use pieces of drinking straw (I cut mine into 3 to give just that little extra length) fitted over the "spike" on the rack will hold the spools. It works like a charm. If the bases of the spools are wide I alternately turn them upside down to make maximum use of the rack. HTH short term! I like Sue's DH's solution because it keeps the spools dust free so I am going to go and hunt down the UK equivalent of the materials and boxes he used for Sue's system. Thank you Sue and Sue's DH for this wonderful idea and for sharing with us. Diana in the UK |

The hanger is just a strand of thread tied into a loop. Anything else would be too much.

I used a needle a put it through just a couple of threads in the back of the head. I used a silver thread, but regular thread is just fine. Sonia Showalter It's Bluebonnets Y'all! Old World Nativity ----- Original Message -----

Re: HELP-blood on white quilt square
Tracy
Hydrogen peroxide will remove blood from fabric (just make sure the peroxide is safe on the fabric by testing a spot). Have gotten blood out of just about any cotton fabric using peroxide. May take a little soaking, but it does work.
