Re: 73 new designs are up

G'day
best i can digitise in a month is about 50 designs, about 10,000
stitches each and quite detailed, minus a lot of sleep
Using Auto digitising, i suppose you can do more. Pity we cannot have a
list of sites, that do auto digitising. Just i feel that auto
digitisers are bring down the quality of the designs out there, even if
they are free

Re: shopping cart and hosting

Glenn

better than anything i could have hoped for, and extremely easy to
run.
If anyone would like info, please email me
Best wishes

If anyone would be willing to email me at tracyjackson4@... with
answers to the following, I would be ever so thankful.

1. Do you make your own pages? What program do you use to make the
pages?
2. What shopping cart do you use?
3. How do you take payments?
5. What company do you use to host your domain?
4. If you do the download thing, what company do you use to do that
for you?

Re: Fabric type question

I should have been clearer, this is NOT a lace pattern but a solid
one that you cut out around the edges really close when done. Sorry
for the confusion ;)

Thanks!

Re: shopping cart and hosting

Diane

Hi Tracy,
I did my web site last week. Time consuming, but simple enough. I
went thru
GoDaddy.com got my domain and hosting. Then I bought Dreamweaver 8, which
is a program to make your web pages without needing to know all the
codes, very easy.
I also bought the "web sites for Dummies" book, that I thought was pure
genius on my part!
I hooked up with paypal for shopping cart and can take payment w/CC# there.
Like I said it took time, but do-able.
Can't answer # 4 because its out of order and I haven't gotten that far
in the book.

Joan, I answered your e-mail over 24 hours ago, but am concerned that
I see no sign of it on the incoming messages, so am sending the
Wilcom Trusizer address again: www.wilcom.com.au

I have also seen Wilcom's flashing invitation on a couple of group
websites (Love's Embroidery Connection is one of them) where you just
click on the flashing sign.

Re: Glad Press and Seal

I haven't used Press and Seal but have embroidered on used dryer sheets to
make cards.. they smell real pretty and work real good..Marion in the Smokies

No I
do not begrudge anyone of finding a stabilizer that works for them even
though it was not made for that.

Re: Glad Press and Seal

Preparation H was originally manufactured to remove wrinkles from your face by shrinking them. From there it evolved to reduce swelling from Hemorrhoids. LOL. Glad wrap is a product produced by the Glad company www.glad.com. That should tell you all about it and the many different products available

How did you use it? Lay down and put it under your eyes?

Re: question, Enjoy the description

MadelineScully

I think you can get preparation H here in Australia but not the
Press and Seal yet. I only got to see and use it because my Mum's
sister brought it over with her in November from Chicago, (I can
just picture her at customs with a suitcase full of Press and Seal!)
but I believe it should be available here in Australia in the next
few months and I can attest that it is soooo much better than glad
wrap. It is slightly thicker, more opaque - (a bit like frosted
windows) and it doesn't spring back of the roll and stick to inself
and get you all of a tangle trying to unstick it just to use it like
glad wrap does. It also clings to any surface, not just glass, and
has a better seal.

Pess & Seal is similar to plastic wrap but much stronger..It is
used in a machine that you place your food, for the freezer, on,
fold it over the food and the machine presses the open seam closed
and whalla you have press and seal and no air can get into the food
while in the freezer.
Preparation H.....this is a medicine you put on yourself when you
have terrible hemoroids and you just can't sit down long. This is
supposed to shrink them back up into your system.. Trying to be
polite here..hummmmmm thus the hopeful female that uses this stuff
on their face of all places..Oh, yuck but some do and swear they
loose wrinkles...well, along with that they might go blind, have
warts for life and all this for preparation H..whooooooo not me,
I'll
tell ya. No thank U.
Hope this sheds some light on the subject
Well, its almost one in the morning so I'm quitting for now.
