when you use something like this you expose every one you add to spam emails.. the minute they get a new email address from their members, they pass on to lists. they get pd for email addresses

Is this updating your address book not easy enough to do through your email client example Outlook Express etc.

Thank you for accepting me into your group. I'm new to embroidery. I
have a brothers 270E that I got as a gift from my hubby. Looking
forward to making all kinds of neat gifts for the family and friends. I
also do some sewing, quilting, ceramics,and crochet.

Thank you also for the beautiful designs. I love angels, my one
daughter - butterflies, another elephants and freeshia, and my last
daughter jungle animals. My Hubby & son loves hunting and fishing. My
son is in the Army right now.

A few hundred $$ to invest in saving designs is worth is to me. Especially if you purchase alot of designs.
You can actually purchase thumb drives at Sam's club for like $20 and a hard drive for under $100 =0)

My time is worth more to me than spending it on all
those emails you suggest in order to back up designs,
and having to sign into so many accounts to keep them
active. Some ladies might not know that some email
addresses delete everything if you don't sign in often
enough.

A few CDs, thumb drives, an extra hard drive, or
whatever a person needs is not that expensive. They
are always on sale somewhere.

My bank lock box is much safer than even my house for
the backups, and I keep other things in it anyway, so
it's no extra cost.

Besides, I once had an Excite.com email that I was
keeping important informational articles in. They
changed ownership of the company and I lost all my
emails!

Your idea may be good for someone with very few
designs, but I figure most people are like me in that
their own time is worth more than the cost of backup
supplies.

My goodness, if you can afford the machine and all the
embroidery supplies, surely you can afford backup supplies!

Wondering how anyone prices their embroidery projects for sale? Most
of the stuff I do for family and friends I do at minimal if any cost
but I have people at work now asking me to do items for them and I want
to price fairly and not cheat myself in the way of time and supplies.
