Busy with the borders for this quilt and just had to give you a progress photos, I am enjoying these little fish so much… Its so super cute !!

This will be the centre panel of my quilt, I did a few hoopings on this one, first done my background panels and then added the pictures on top to create a fun scene.? I used variegated thread on the birds and also on the pebbles quilting behind the grass, hope to capture those details on photos.? Found this gorgeous fabric , it’s a punched fabric ?- looks like little scales, so making nice large fish for the borders and want to use that, so will show when I am done.? Super excited about this adorable set.? I just love these “scene” like quilts, apposed to the normal blocks in a row type quilts ??
