Great plan Steve. If you could add cassette staging to that shortest yard track you could stay busy for a long time switching this small layout.

I have assumed the lower track is flat, my suggestion is to use a three way switch on the left hand side and a double switch on the right leading to the small yard. Hope my image arrives...Steve
