Happy New Year. May 2020 bring you many blessings.
First, there is a money matter....I sent 20.63 canadian Dec. 7 and it went through paypal and was shown as a transaction on my Visa.
Then Jan. 6, I got a notice saying you do not use Paypal. Then, on Jan. 7 I got a notice saying 20.20 went through and next amount will be taken out in Feb. So if we can get this straightened up I would feel more at ease knowing you are getting the gracious
amount you are asking. Please let me know.
Last on line meeting I let you all know of my grandson and his daycare. My daughter is still leaving her work early and I am filling in on days she needs me to pick him up and also on pro d. days.
I completed my Peace Circle Training with Dr. Evelyn Zellerer. She gave me the OK to do Circles on my own and will keep this in my repetoire. Mainly, the training was for an extension of Restorative Justice work. Evelyn was wonderful and the feedback I
got atttending the course was very encouraging. A couple of people said they could feel the love.....so blessed.
I have put together a pamphlet for Restorative Justice and will have that printed in a couple of days.
I have two meditation times for my Sacred Space..Sundays at 2 and Thurs at 7pm. Still only 4 people. We are currently reading from a 13th century Zen writing and doing a silent sit for 30 min.?
I have connected with one woman who is supposed to get the United Church minister to call regarding Compassionate Community. I connected with Nanaimo, who was supposed to be a Compassionate Community very close to Port Alberni but alas, no response from
them. Quite disappointing.?
I encouraged a teacher to enroll in last CIT training and was hoping that she would be ready to co-facilitate but she got called away for an extensive vacation and wont be back till mid Fed. She did say she was keen to work with me. This would be great
to get the CIT teaching going and have been holding off somewhat because of this future partnership.
My boarder, who is mentally challenged is wanting to find a new place in Nanaimo so I am helping him with forms etc. Quite demanding for me.?
I am attending a Tues. night meditation group with the Buddhist sangha I belong to. I have been asked to do some art work for a book and something for the summer art show they wil be having.?
My grandsons continue to visit on weekends and New Years we stayed up and ran outside at 12 to welcome in 2020.?
I just had cataract surgery on Monday.
