Great Horned

Hoots versus toots! Owl 1, Skunk 0
Forgot to post ... we went to open windows late Sunday night and as we opened the shutter slats we were surprised to see this on our front courtyard wall. ?Pictures aren't too bad considering I used my iPhone through the slat opening, in night mode with no flash. ?Luckily no smell either.

Peggy

I love the photos - thank you!? What a sweetheart!!

What a lucky coincidence.? Great pictures under the circumstances.? Skunks seem to be taking a beating.? Didn't know they were so vulnerable to bird attacks. You were very lucky indeed the smell didn't permeate the yard.?
