Evicted Gremlin

Got up really early this morning so I could be the first in line when Gunn Chevrolet opened, and I was.
Then spent most of the morning waiting to see what the verdict was concerning my truck. As it turned out, they were able to evict the Gremlin by installing a new battery.
I would have done that days ago had the O'Reilly employee not told me that the battery was good so I thought I had to look elsewhere for the culprit. Do you have any idea how many electrical connections there are that you can check on?
At any rate, I did get a new jump start gizmo from Lowe's and after charging it up, it worked like a champ. It is called a Battery Tender (1000 peak amps) and goes for $99.00. I would whole-heartedly recommend that you get one for each of your spouse's cars. It is really easy to clip on the battery terminals and it works great. It also eliminates the need for jumper cables and another battery to get your car/truck started. Sure better than being stranded somewhere waiting for roadside assistance to come and do the same thing and charge you for it.

Thanks so much. Really will consider it, though I ain't got no spouse no more. Got AAA, but they do seem to specialize in taking you to places where you can get new batteries.
