Motorola MTR 2000 UHF repeater.

I have a MTR 2000, and the Power light is flashing. Searching the internet, I found that it is in service mode. What do I need to do to get it out of Service Mode??
Thanks for your help. Butch KE7FEL

Glenn.. unplug the repeater, read the repeater to see where the error is located in the software .. sometimes the blinking red light indicates a power bump or a shot PA. So read the repeater clear issue and reprogram. Recheck the power level and swr again

This can also occur if you have removed one of the option cards or have made a change in the codeplug that would need one of the option cards to function.

Read the codeplug and as Millin has said find the error and change the setting.

Hope you figure it out.

Thanks for the great information, even thought the MTR 2000 has battery backup, I am sure it was a power bump. I read the repeater and everything was good so I re-programmed it and it is working fine now. Thanks for all of the great information. 73's Butch, KE7FEL
