Locked GMRS linking

I agree.? This is NOT the correct venue for discussing anything other than building, operating and maintaining amateur radio repeaters in accordance and compliance with 47CFR97.? IF? you know of someone or group that is networking GMRS, MURS, or any other system banned from the networking of equipment, find out where your District FCC Office is located, get the phone number and notify the Director of illegal activity.? If we don't address this now, it's just a matter of time when some asshole on GMRS tries to justify (at OUR expense) their need to network.

Just my $0.02 worth.? Maybe GMRS operators need to get training and pass an exam like WE must do to get licensed.? That would include more than a layman's knowledge of the 47CFR90 and/or part 95 requirements.

I think the mods killed the original thread, let's not reignite it.

Repeaterbuilder isn't just for "amateur radio repeaters".

Actually - the definition says this - exactly:

Repeater-Builder is a free technical group (free to you - we pay for a premium group plan) available to people seeking information on building ham radio, GMRS, or commercial repeater systems.

I had deleted the thread - because this group is NOT for discussing FCC Rules and Regulations.? And? - I could care less if someone is challenging them.

Please stop responding to the thread.

Thanks,
