Cellwave 526-4-2 harness specs
I have a cellwave 526-4-2 here and I'm attaching a picture that basically shows the issue. I need to make a whole new harness for it including antenna port harness. Can someone point?me in the right direction for harness specs, cable type and length for 440-470 mhz? I need to make the antenna port jumper harness as well as the individual cavity harnesses. Idk what the jackass before me was doing but they butchered the harness. Thanks Robert |

? RG214.? Between cavities – 11.5”.? To antenna tee – 12.0”.? Those are tip-to-tip lengths for 440-470 MHz range. ? ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? --- Jeff WN3A ? |
Thank you, You just saved me a major headache. Robert On Thu, Apr 10, 2025, 7:34?AM Jeff DePolo WN3A via <jd0=[email protected]> wrote:

?Looks like you just need a N type T connector and one length of jumper

Butchered and jackass….. ?NO.?
it looks like they had made a 6 cavity preselector using the 6 pass/reject cans in series with notches on both sides of the pass frequency. ?This is one way of making a narrow passband with low loss and large attenuations close in. ?
If these loops were rotatable Q loops like used in the Sinclair Q duplexers, you can do wonders in shape and customization of the pass and reject curves.? |
