i need a new PIC for my Ge Phoenix programmer from NHRC PXP.

On their web site they are saying they dont respond much to consumer service,

maybe there is a gentleman here that can help me,i need another PIC or a copy of the file so i could ask a friend to burn me a new PIC,,mine is dead because of a ground loop i add!

can someone help me !
