but if you are wanting to reset and clear time and hit counters in prg mode it is parameter 17# other than that you would just disable all subscriber tones with the 02# 01# enables the tones.. you can also call CSI at 1-800-854-0547 and ask to speak with a tech.. if u need further I can scan the commands if need and send to you.. The TP-38 manual says: "REMOVE and SWITCH positions of U10 and U11 on the main circuit board. This will revert the TP-38 back to the original configuration ..." The manual is about 32 pages.
