There is not a lot on this tower...but the county law repeater which transmits
80 watts out is on the same tower. But again, I would assume this would have
been taken into account. (maybe not) Their TX is 154.something. Less that 2mhz
away from our RX.
There were not any large obstructions between myself and the repeater.
It is hard telling what the deal is.....other counties use several remote
receivers. I might just be expecting more than what is possible. Since I can
work my repeater on a 5 HT (both on 2m and 440) 10+ miles out with it only up
30ft, I would hope a 200ft would do just as well. (ground elevation being
nearly the same)
