If you think this only affects Southern California please view the attached Power Point that will be presented during our Quarterly Zoom Meeting for our Coordination Group, the company causing harmful interference has a new license for Indiana, so no longer in Los Angeles they have licenses in Arizona and Indiana. Please educate and understand they intend to do testing at various locations across the US, that testing will impact Radio Amateur operations on the 222-225 MHz Spectrum.

I put my multiple complaints in and reported it to those keeping score.

When I searched the FCC database, I noticed that Chaos was also granted tests on several other bands including the "T" band in the 500MHz range. This prompted my employer to start drafting legal notices on standby using our FCC filing law firm.

Chaos hasn't just filed in the 222MHz band, they've filed on other bands as well both commercial spectrum & amateur in multiple bands. Some have been cancelled as of now but some are pending or still in granted "test" period.

Also, they already took my 1.2GHz frequency pair years ago for a "radar" set and now they want to take my 900MHz pairs by swapping and re-banding there too.

FOLKS THE THREAT IS REAL TO ALL OUR ALLOWCATIONS so stay vigilant as the squeaky wheel GETS THE GREASE.
