Re: weird issue
开云体育You often have to tell it specificly to use that
card as it sees the usb device as another sound card.?

Tait TB8100 CWID Configuration
I've got a TB8100 in GMRS service.? I want to of course provide proper ID, but as I share the channel with another system, I do not want the ID to beacon, just politely properly ID routinely after use of the system. In the CWID System tab, pretty sure I do not want Automatic CWID checked - but ID after some period of local system use would be done via a Task Manager configuration? Examples, screen shots welcome. |

In search of dB4060 -005 coupling loops or assemblies
开云体育Kevin has given me a lot of help tuning the overpainted and unknowndB4060 diplexer.? It is smelling a lot like they are not the ham band model.? If anyone has up to date contact info on the firm called duplexerrepair.com I would greatly appreciate it.? If anyone has extra -005 coupling assemblies, please let me know, off list. Re: Duplexer for amateur 70-cm band
I agree.? They are false economy.? The only protection that they give the receiver from transmitter power is a very sharp notch.? Burn up the teflon, loose the notch tuning, and you have the chance of the up to 50 watts getting back into your receiver.

Re: VHF Duplexer Identification
Regarding the height:? The cans are 8 inches in diameter, and they are 21" tall.? The stated height does not include the tuning rods and other projections.
?
Regarding the range: I do not know what frequency range (A, B or C) these were designed for.? They are currently tuned to TX=147.360 and RX=147.960 with the performance stated in my initial post.
?
If I wanted to add a can to each channel, will I need to find one pass low / block high and one pass high / block low can?? That is the case with my TXRX duplexers unless I want to change a loop.? I found a few pass low block high cans that seem to be the same as these, but none that are advertised as pass high / block low.
?
Thanks!

Re: Cellwave 526-4-2 harness specs
Butchered and jackass….. ?NO.?
it looks like they had made a 6 cavity preselector using the 6 pass/reject cans in series with notches on both sides of the pass frequency. ?This is one way of making a narrow passband with low loss and large attenuations close in. ?
If these loops were rotatable Q loops like used in the Sinclair Q duplexers, you can do wonders in shape and customization of the pass and reject curves.? |

Cellwave 526-4-2 harness specs
I have a cellwave 526-4-2 here and I'm attaching a picture that basically shows the issue. I need to make a whole new harness for it including antenna port harness. Can someone point?me in the right direction for harness specs, cable type and length for 440-470 mhz? I need to make the antenna port jumper harness as well as the individual cavity harnesses. Idk what the jackass before me was doing but they butchered the harness. Thanks Robert |
