NXR can do NXDN digital modulation.
If you mean the TKR-D810, it does DMR.
Why they didn't bring audio out the rear connector on the D810 is beyond me.
They would, because of TDMA, have to have added something to tell it which slot to use for back there. Seems like it wouldn't have been that hard, but who knows...

It only works with the KPG software or to upload new firmware using their Fpro software.
On a side note, you can use the DB25 on the back panel of the NXR for your serial connection when using the KPG software (but you must use the mic when using Fpro)

I find it very distasteful to pay tax on something I'm taking a loss on from its original purchase price plus the state is collecting sales tax via PayPal or other service.? Who keeps paperwork on something they bought 30 years ago other than a business?? Absolutely ridiculous in my book.? Anyone else here remember when the state of Ohio was at the Dayton hamvention trying to get tailgaters to charge sales tax?? Many people just packed up and left.?? --

The GM300 head has two connectors, like the R1225 head.
Yes, the volume control and microphone jack of the GM300 head works on an R1225
(the speaker works as well as long as the 15-to-16 jumper on the R1225 accessory connector is there).
Don't waste your time with the display cable. It's a different pinout.
It would take rewiring the cable and a few etch cuts and jumpers on the GM300 display board to get everything working.

programming a CAT WX-250?
is it possible to program without the programming software from CAT? As I recall, it comes with the FIPS code from Florida, so kinda useless in NW PA.....or can you change the codes without programming software??

Hey folks I have a db 4096 duplexer on a 927 repeater. Works fine. But I may need to take it to a "real" site. Something tells me these are notch only but cannot find anything on this model. Anybody have any thoughts on it? It is rackmount with holes in the front panel to do the tuning. And with no separate pass and notch tuning I'm pretty sure this is a notch only...or a pass only.?
Any thoughts?

The bigger problem with eBay (for me as a seller) is the new IRS reporting. If you sell a total of $600 or more for the calendar year, they send you (and the IRS) a 1099 whereby you have to claim all of it as income. So, unless you also have documentation for the cost of goods sold (when you bought it) so you can pay income tax on the difference, you're toast. Either that or you have to gross up your selling price on eBay by your marginal tax rate just to break even.
