Need some help debugging our repeater.

Here are the Symptoms:
?
1) transmit drops out after 3-4 seconds.
2) TX led on 10V regulator control card stays on another few. Seconds after TX drops.?
3) as long as LED is on after it drops, there is no output.
4) LED turns off and we have output power again for the 3-4 seconds, then it drops.?
5) When the transmit power drops I can head a real fair click/noise that seems to come from the 10v regulator control card.
?
Everything else seems normal.
?
I am guessing something on the 10v Regulator Control is flaky.
