The W8TEE DDS VFO can be built on a piece of Vector prototyping board. I would get a 4X6 protoboard with a ground plane and cut it in half The Ardunio NANO acts like a 40 pin IC and the 9850 module

A long time ago, NORCAL offered a transceiver kit designed by Jim Kortge, K8IQY.? It was called a2N2XX? as it could be built on 20, 30, or 40 meters.? It was unique as it used a lot of 2N2222
