Lansdale indicates Avnet is a distributor but I don't find this part on their site. Anyone know where to purchase small quantities?

Hi Graham,
The MC1350 is now made by Lansdale Semiconductor as part number ML1350. I assume that Lansdale has acquired the rights to the design from Motorola (or the successor to Motorola Semiconductor). Datasheet at

The Elecraft K3 uses a pair of ML1350 in the IF section.
An alternative voltage-controlled-gain IF amplifier IC is the Texas Instruments TL026.
