Hi all,
I was intending to substitute a 1SV149 (www.qsl.net/df7tv/datasheets/1SV149.pdf) for the MVAM108. www.mouser.com/ds/2/453/mvam108-838374.pdf

The 1sv149 is listed as a substitute for the MVAM109 in a 2N2 40+ I am chipping away at!

Sooo maybe its OK?????

I am using a 1SV149 on my production PCB.
I'm getting almost 44KHz tuning range.

I was using a 1N4007 before that getting 33.5KHz.
