Anyone know what this is? Can anyone suggest a suitable replacement for this core in order to make a Guanella 4:1 current balun.

Looked around a little. L15 appears to be Ferrite with initial
permeability between Fair-Rite 43 and 31.

Choke, Guanella, Balun Ferrite material used is US is often Fair-Rite 43
or 31.
