And RMS Express, also installed with Wine,
don't find any COM port for rig control.....

You have to link the virtual comport from WINE to the physical on the computer.

open a shell and go to your home directory to
.wine/dosdevices

type
sudo ln -s /dev/ttyUSB0 com1

change ttyUSB0 to whatever device yhe interface is connected to.
or ttySx if it's a serial device.

You might have to add your user to the "dialout" group.
