Hey there Basil and other authors,
While making this patch to configure.ac, I added myself to the AUTHORS
file with a note to contact me with automake and autoconf needs. I also
saw that my old friend Jeff is in this file with a really, really
outdated email address. He probably needs more messages in his inbox,
so I updated this as well.
I figured since I'm touching multiple files, I should probably update
the ChangeLog file as well. So I did. And since I've at this point
touched three files, I figured it might be a good time to increment the
version number.
